Mesenchymal Stem Cell (MSC) Therapy for Rheumatoid Arthritis

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune disease that causes joint inflammation, pain, and eventual destruction. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have emerged as a novel treatment option due to their immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory properties.

Stem Cell Therapy for Lupus (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus)

Lupus is an autoimmune disease in which the immune system attacks the body's own tissues. It can affect the joints, skin, kidneys, heart, lungs, nervous system, and blood cells. Symptoms may include fatigue, joint pain, rashes, brain fog, kidney inflammation, and recurrent flares.

The type of stem cell most commonly studied in lupus is the mesenchymal stem cell (MSC). MSCs may help regulate an overactive immune system, reduce inflammatory cytokines, increase regulatory T-cell activity, decrease autoimmune activity, and support tissue repair and healing.

Hashimoto's Disease

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are being studied as a potential treatment for dementia and age-related cognitive decline. These cells may help reduce inflammation, support repair mechanisms within the brain, improve communication between nerve cells, and enhance the environment surrounding damaged neurons..

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Fibromyalgia is a widespread musculoskeletal pain and fatigue disorder for which the cause is unknown. My many years of practice experience have indicated to me that Candida, Mycoplasma, Epstein-Barr, heavy metal toxicity and leaky gut syndrome all contribute to the discomforts of this disorder. Fibromyalgia means pain in the fibrous tissues of the body. The pain comes from the connective tissues, such as muscles and tendons and ligaments. Fibromyalgia does not involve the joints as does rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.

Most patients with fibromyalgia say they ache all over. The muscles may feel like they have been pulled or overworked. Sometimes the muscles twitch and at times they burn. More women than men are afflicted with fibromyalgia, but it occurs in people of all ages.

Chronic fatigue syndrome has almost identical symptoms to fibromyalgia, overwhelming tiredness, insomnia, depression and lack of concentration. Fibromyalgia patients suffer with more muscle and connective tissue problems.
